Terminos de Servicio

Al utilizar Trading Monitor ("el servicio", "la plataforma", "nosotros"), aceptas estos terminos de servicio. Si no estas de acuerdo, no utilices el servicio.

1. Descripcion del servicio

Trading Monitor es una plataforma de monitoreo en tiempo real de drawdown para cuentas MetaTrader (MT4/MT5). El servicio incluye:

  • Un Expert Advisor (EA) de solo lectura que sincroniza datos desde tu terminal MetaTrader.
  • Una app movil para visualizar metricas de drawdown, balance, equity y operaciones.
  • Un sistema de alertas push basado en umbrales configurables.
  • Seguimiento de rendimiento por estrategia (magic number).

Importante: Solo monitoreo

Trading Monitor es exclusivamente un servicio de observacion y alerta. No ejecuta, modifica ni cierra operaciones de trading bajo ninguna circunstancia. El EA instalado en tu terminal MetaTrader solo tiene permisos de lectura y es tecnicamente incapaz de realizar operaciones de trading.

2. Registro y cuenta

  • Debes proporcionar una direccion de correo electronico valida.
  • Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu contrasena y tu cuenta.
  • Debes tener al menos 18 anos de edad.
  • Una persona puede tener una sola cuenta.
  • Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender cuentas que violen estos terminos.

3. Responsabilidades del usuario

  • Eres el unico responsable de tus decisiones de trading. Trading Monitor no proporciona asesoria financiera ni recomendaciones de inversion.
  • Debes configurar correctamente el EA en tu terminal MetaTrader siguiendo las instrucciones proporcionadas.
  • Eres responsable de configurar los umbrales de alerta adecuados para tus cuentas.
  • No debes intentar manipular, hacer ingenieria inversa, ni interferir con el funcionamiento del servicio.
  • No debes compartir tu token de API con terceros.
  • No debes utilizar el servicio para actividades ilegales o que violen los terminos de tu broker o prop firm.

4. Suscripcion y pagos

Plan Gratuito

El plan gratuito incluye monitoreo ilimitado de cuentas de trading, sin costo y sin requerir tarjeta de credito. El plan gratuito muestra anuncios en formato rewarded video al abrir la app, con un maximo de un (1) anuncio cada tres (3) horas. Los anuncios son servidos por Google AdMob. Al usar el plan gratuito aceptas las politicas de AdMob aplicables.

Plan Pro (sin publicidad)

  • El plan Pro tiene las mismas funciones que el plan gratuito, pero elimina la publicidad.
  • Precios: $0.99 USD/mes o $8.99 USD/año (ahorro del 25% en el plan anual).
  • La suscripcion se procesa a traves de la App Store o Google Play y se factura automaticamente al inicio de cada periodo. El precio local se convierte por Apple y Google segun tu region.
  • Puedes cancelar tu suscripcion en cualquier momento desde la configuracion de la App Store o Google Play. El acceso Pro continuara hasta el final del periodo ya pagado.
  • No se realizan reembolsos por periodos parciales.

Cambios de precio

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar los precios del servicio. Te notificaremos con al menos 30 dias de anticipacion antes de que cualquier cambio de precio entre en vigor.

5. Disponibilidad del servicio

  • Nos esforzamos por mantener el servicio disponible 24/7, pero no garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida.
  • Pueden ocurrir interrupciones por mantenimiento, actualizaciones o factores fuera de nuestro control.
  • Las alertas dependen de la conectividad entre tu terminal MetaTrader, nuestros servidores y los servicios de notificaciones push. No garantizamos la entrega instantanea de alertas.

6. Limitacion de responsabilidad

Clausula critica

Trading Monitor no ejecuta operaciones de trading. Somos exclusivamente un servicio de monitoreo y alerta. Por lo tanto:

  • No somos responsables de perdidas financieras derivadas de tus operaciones de trading, independientemente de si nuestras alertas funcionaron correctamente o no.
  • No somos responsables de perdidas causadas por retrasos, fallos o la no entrega de alertas.
  • No somos responsables de la precision de los datos de MetaTrader sincronizados por el EA.
  • No somos responsables de decisiones de trading tomadas o no tomadas basandose en la informacion mostrada por la plataforma.
  • No somos responsables de la suspension o violacion de cuentas de prop firms, evaluaciones u otros programas de financiamiento.

En la maxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, la responsabilidad total de Trading Monitor por cualquier reclamacion relacionada con el servicio se limita al monto pagado por el usuario en los ultimos 12 meses.

7. Propiedad intelectual

  • Trading Monitor, incluyendo su software, diseno, marca y contenido, es propiedad de sus creadores.
  • Tus datos de trading siguen siendo tuyos. Te otorgamos una licencia limitada para usar la plataforma, no un derecho de propiedad sobre ella.
  • No puedes copiar, modificar, distribuir ni crear trabajos derivados del servicio sin autorizacion previa.

8. Terminacion

Por el usuario

Puedes cancelar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la configuracion de la app. Al hacerlo, tus datos se eliminaran de acuerdo con nuestra politica de privacidad.

Por Trading Monitor

Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso al servicio si:

  • Violas estos terminos de servicio.
  • Utilizas el servicio de manera fraudulenta o abusiva.
  • Incumples pagos despues de un periodo de gracia razonable.

9. Modificaciones a los terminos

Podemos actualizar estos terminos periodicamente. Te notificaremos de cambios significativos por correo electronico o a traves de la app con al menos 15 dias de anticipacion. El uso continuado del servicio despues de los cambios implica la aceptacion de los terminos actualizados.

10. Ley aplicable

Estos terminos se rigen por las leyes aplicables en la jurisdiccion donde opera Trading Portfolio Management. Cualquier disputa se resolvera mediante los tribunales competentes de dicha jurisdiccion.

By using Trading Monitor ("the service", "the platform", "we"), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Trading Monitor is a real-time drawdown monitoring platform for MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) accounts. The service includes:

  • A read-only Expert Advisor (EA) that syncs data from your MetaTrader terminal.
  • A mobile app to visualize drawdown metrics, balance, equity, and trades.
  • A push alert system based on configurable thresholds.
  • Per-strategy performance tracking (magic number).

Important: Monitoring Only

Trading Monitor is exclusively an observation and alerting service. It does not execute, modify, or close trading operations under any circumstances. The EA installed on your MetaTrader terminal has read-only permissions and is technically incapable of performing trading operations.

2. Registration and Account

  • You must provide a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • One person may have only one account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Trading Monitor does not provide financial advice or investment recommendations.
  • You must correctly configure the EA on your MetaTrader terminal following the provided instructions.
  • You are responsible for setting appropriate alert thresholds for your accounts.
  • You must not attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service's operation.
  • You must not share your API token with third parties.
  • You must not use the service for illegal activities or activities that violate your broker's or prop firm's terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Plan

The free plan includes unlimited trading account monitoring at no cost, with no credit card required. The free plan displays rewarded video ads when the app is opened, with a maximum of one (1) ad every three (3) hours. Ads are served by Google AdMob. By using the free plan you accept the applicable AdMob policies.

Pro Plan (ad-free)

  • The Pro plan has the same features as the free plan but removes advertising.
  • Pricing: $0.99 USD/month or $8.99 USD/year (25% savings on annual).
  • The subscription is processed through the App Store or Google Play and is billed automatically at the start of each billing period. Local pricing is converted by Apple and Google per your region.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the App Store or Google Play settings. Pro access continues until the end of the already-paid period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify service prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance before any price change takes effect.

5. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
  • Alerts depend on connectivity between your MetaTrader terminal, our servers, and push notification services. We do not guarantee instant alert delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Critical Clause

Trading Monitor does not execute trading operations. We are exclusively a monitoring and alerting service. Therefore:

  • We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from your trading operations, regardless of whether our alerts functioned correctly or not.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by delays, failures, or non-delivery of alerts.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of MetaTrader data synced by the EA.
  • We are not responsible for trading decisions made or not made based on information displayed by the platform.
  • We are not responsible for the suspension or violation of prop firm accounts, evaluations, or other funding programs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Monitor's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Trading Monitor, including its software, design, brand, and content, is the property of its creators.
  • Your trading data remains yours. We grant you a limited license to use the platform, not ownership rights over it.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without prior authorization.

8. Termination

By the User

You can cancel your account at any time from the app settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

By Trading Monitor

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if:

  • You violate these terms of service.
  • You use the service fraudulently or abusively.
  • You default on payments after a reasonable grace period.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Trading Portfolio Management operates. Any dispute will be resolved through the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
